I wonder how many folks were scrambling to get their certs out of their safe deposit boxes and to a broker house so they could sell, as the share price went into this protracted, unabated and vertical nose dive to a dollar? If you look back over time, there really wasn't much (anything?) the CEO touted over many years that came to fruition. Bad luck or incompetency? Of course, I'm sure the finger of blame is pointed at everyone/everything else but in reality, the buck stops there and when the shirt hits the fan.....

It is very odd the Directors are allowing all this devastation, particularly in shareholder value/wealth, to continue without any "change in course". Their loyalty is supposed to be with us, the shareholders, not the Chairman of the Board, right?
