right now they own less than a 10%, so if i'm not wrong, they don't need to report their sales. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Their last sale's report was on Jan 5th. By then, they still were holding 3,162,821 shares. If we assume their sales have been around 10% of daily volume, then we have:
