There is an agenda... by some Al. The Agenda was Fred Falk out of power, out of the company, out the door. What we get is Falk still(amazingly) on deck with 400,000 shares jingling in his jeans. They throw your coin around like they were fat and happy and give it to a ner'dowell poser. Fred needs to be gone...end of story. He can land a job on the next level. Well, probably not.
