The bottom looks close again, but not all of the indicators are ready so i could still fall from here. I would really like to see those RSIs turn up and start to move out of oversold. The MACD just had a bearish cross and is moving below the MA(20), not what you want to see. However, the FullSTO and Wm%R look pretty good.
So the bottom looks possible, but not guaranteed. It looks similar to yesterday's close and we see how that ended up. There are less risky bottoms out there now IMO.
