If the 10-Q comes earlier than the 15th then you can be pleasantly surprised but remember that it is not due until after the market close on that date.

When it does arrive I believe that it will merit a close read so that you clearly understand the dynamics of the company's capitalization structure, which is not very easy to capture, particularly at first glance.

And so I would ask that prior to jumping to any rash conclusions, you invest the time into reading it thoroughly and trying to keep an open mind to things.
