Dilution is NON-SENSE!, you can't just print off more shares without a SEC filing!

None have been filed!

There is NO share dilution! Why would they do that?

YA is investing $8 Million. Even if you take all the shares that have traded in the last 6 month and I mean ALL of them it still doesn’t add up to even 1 million dollars.
