"Richly rewarded" may be a little presumptous, but I do believe that there will be substantial profit from buying and holding this issue now. As for the restricted holding period, I'm told by the SEC that as per rule 144 the minimum period of hold on restricted shares is one year, however others have said that under certain circumstances that 1 year period can be reduced to 6 months or even less - I don't know what those circumstances are. I would tend to hear the SEC's version.
All that I post here is my opinion only, I would not advise anyone on this or any issue. Having said that, can you guess what I'm going to do here?
