Company may be selling shares into The Market.

With the volume we have, and the difference between buys and sells, should have put us over .09 by now.

The PPS will bump up against the .08's and then be brought down to just under.

Too structured to be naturally occurring.

Either company is selling into market, or there could be someone accumulating, being careful not to let the PPS passed .08

But something is holding the PPS down IMO.
