I need a favor. We need to get the ball rolling now just in case things do not work out in our favor. As we sit it's not looking good. Before I get into detail about the favor I need. I need to know if you will accept the responsibility. I call it a favor instead of a task so that you know that we are equal, and you have the right to make the choice yourself. There will be rules, but most you already know, and the others will be fairly simple such as asking people to do things instead of tasking them. "Favors not tasks". If we are equal then we are one.
