Verenium Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Continued Listing Requirement





CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Verenium Corporation (NASDAQ:VRNM), a pioneer in the development of next-generation cellulosic ethanol and high-performance specialty enzymes, announced today that it has regained compliance with the continued listing requirements of The NASDAQ Global Market. NASDAQ previously notified Verenium that it had fallen out of compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4450(b)(1)(A), requiring listed companies on the NASDAQ Global Market to maintain a minimum market capitalization of $50 million. NASDAQ has confirmed that the Company now meets the requirements of this rule.
