Well I was actually trying to avoid ridicule since I seem to be the only one who makes phone calls.
First off, I did NOT hear anything negative, just that it doesn't appear they ahve filed yet. SO, they could file this week possibly and the woman at Nasdaq is going to check in with the company for me and let me know what she finds out (she was very nice and eager to help).
So, just to be CLEAR, I DID NOT FIND OUT ANYTHING NEGATIVE other than they just haven't filed yet like their PR said. Anyway, just sharing since I seem to be the only one truly interested in answering questions rather than relying on PR's.
Now, the company DID put the phone number in the PR so can you really blame me for calling? Anyway, once again, nothing negative or shocking, just that they do not appear to have filed yet.
Anyway, I was just hoping at least one other person took the initiative to call that number in the PR and report on it - it's called DD and I think it's a good thing. Especially when the company hands you the phone number.
Maybe they will file and they are just late, like a reporter, I just post facts from creditable sources, I don;t try and decipher the what if's.
