Wow, after doing a little search on Dryden area I'm almost convinced to head North and buy some property. INSTEAD, I'm going to do the next best thing and buy some more of TNRI.

Just run this through GOOGLE:
Dryden AND Ontario AND Gold AND Assay

Here's a small sampling of what you'll read ---
Notice DRYDEN AREA seems to be a hot spot for 2009 and some of those assays are pretty gram-rich.

King's Bay Gold Corp. Announces Gold Dryden Area Gold Discovery
07/29/2008
King's Bay Gold Corp. reported on the progress of their ongoing Phase 1 diamond drilling program at their 100% owned Sakoose Gold Mine Project located in Melgund Township near Dryden, Ontario, Canada. Gold Zone Discovered Old Mine Workings in Hole #1. The company reported that its Phase 1 drilling has so far discovered a new gold zone approximately forty metres below the old mine workings between 97.75 to 105.75 metres and that additional zones have also been discovered fifty metres away to the east in Hole #3. The Company also reports that another nine holes have now been completed and are now being sent to the lab for assay. The company announced results of the first three holes and with the fact that the new gold zone discovered in Hole #1 was intersected directly below the mine workings which has now confirmed depth extension and continuation of this mine. The Company is very pleased with the significant alteration being encountered in the holes. This Sakoose Gold Mine produced gold from 1897 to 1902 until operations were suspended when the mill burned down in 1902. It is comprised of 6 claims totaling 19 claim units (approximately 760 acres). Access to this property is excellent via a 6 km gravel road leading south from Borups Corners on the Trans Canada Highway. The Canadian Pacific Railway, a natural gas pipeline and a hydro-electric power grid all pass within approximately 6 km of the property.

Seafield Resources, Ltd. 09/9/2008 engages in the exploration of mineral properties, primarily gold in Mexico and Canada. The company is advancing two gold and silver exploration properties near Mazatlan in Mexico and one near Dryden in northwest Ontario, Canada. It also has an option to acquire interests in Fire property to explore for nickel-copper deposits in the ‘Ring of Fire’, McFauld’s Lake area, Ontario. The company, formerly known as Voyager Explorations Limited, was incorporated in 1957 and is based in Toronto, Canada.

Market Wire, December, 2008
E-mail Print Link Treasury Metals Inc. ("Treasury" or the "Company") (TSX: TML), a growth orientated gold focused exploration and development company, today announced the results of the final 19 drill holes from its Goliath Gold Project. The 100% owned Goliath Gold Project is located alongside the Trans-Canada Highway near Dryden, Ontario. These drill hole results mark the conclusion of the drill program that started in February of this year, designed to verify and improve the historic mineral resource estimate through in-fill and targeted drilling and to further define multiple higher grade gold ore shoots, primary targets of future programs. Significant higher-grade gold intersections from the final 19 drill holes include:

A full summary of the latest drilling results (Table 1) can be found in the accompanying Appendix and will be posted on the Company website, along with a drill hole location map. Drill holes TL0835 and TL0838 through TL0845 (9 holes) were included in the Mineral Resource Estimate announced November 7(th), 2008; drill holes TL0846 through TL0855 (10 holes) were not included in the Mineral Resource Estimate.

"These drill results and in particular drill holes TL0839, 40, 41 and 44, along with previously reported results from the 2008 Phase I drilling program, confirm the high-grade nature of the Thunder Lake Gold Deposit," said Scott Jobin-Bevans, Treasury Metals President and CEO. "We are pleased with these results along with the results of the first independent Mineral Resource Estimate on the deposit. We are looking forward to 2009 and the work we have planned to expand this gold resource and explore the remainder of the property."

As recently announced, Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources have been determined in the Main Zone of the Thunder Lake Gold Deposit, which was the focus of a 55 hole (13,305 m) drilling program that began in February 2008. This very first independent NI43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate reported an Inferred Resource of 3.27 million tonnes averaging 5.9 g/t Au and an Indicated Resource of 560,000 tonnes averaging 5.9 g/t Au, both calculated using a cut-off of 3.0 g/t Au. Silver, which was not considered in this resource estimate, averaged 16 g/t Ag and will be considered in future resource estimates.

Champion Bear Resources has reported that it is "encouraged" by the preliminary assay results from the first phase of a drilling programme at the Eagle Rock property.

Located south-west of Dryden, Ontario, preliminary results from the first 3,211m phase of a planned 10,000m definition drill programme at the Eagle Rock prospect cover 13 recently completed drill holes on the eastern portion of the property.

Champion Bear has stated that it expects to be able to define a bulk mineable open pit mineral resource from the latest assay results, which confirm historical drilling.

Holes ER-08-1A to 6 have confirmed higher grade mineralisation plunging to the west and the remaining 650m strike length in the west of the zone is expected to be drilled from early January.

Nov 06, 2008 11:03 ETChampion Bear Receives Assay Results for First Two Holes From Resource Definition Drilling at Eagle Rock Cu-Ni-Pge Property and Continues With Definition Drilling Program

Thirteen holes have been completed to date on the eastern portion of the Campbell zone from section 0+50 W to 3+50 E. Drilling of the remaining western portion of the zone to 6+00W and further east to 5+00 E (the extent of the previously defined Campbell zone) is expected to continue after freeze-up.

Table 1. summarizes the assay results for the initial samples submitted, which cover the majority of the first two holes. Drill meterages reflect core length, true width will be determined at the conclusion of the planned definition drilling program.
