What I mean by fair game for inquiry is not to ask anyone to violate confidentiality agreements but to allow open discussion of the company IR as a public figure. This could include state of organization, principals, past history and so forth.

If we can delve into the history and associations of the legal reps, can we also delve into the history and associations of the IR reps?
