this is the last Company response concerning 'types' and 'amounts' of divvies and it is from Dec. 16th:

'The Company's Board of Directors has voted unanimously to issue a cash dividend of 0.005 (one half of one cent) along with a stock dividend of 1 for 1 (one share for one share owned.) The cash dividend will be paid from earnings. The Company's Board also voted on other matters.'

but unfortunately there were other 'statements' made in the SAME PR that didn't happen as promised and I myself questioned the fact whether or not the Company already knew that those statements wouldsoon ring false!

so that kinda hurts the credibility of the whole PR, see what I mean?

that is why a 'clarifying' PR concerning or reaffirming the prior divvie statement regarding types and amounts would have been PRUDENT to stick into the finally CLEAR PR that was released overnite.

now THAT might have generated sum BUYS today........JMO
