The thing is that the english language is relative on how you interpret. HGLC stated it was going to purchase stock with the JV prior to the website, Just not large amounts until the Website is up so all investors can make a decision to buy sell etc. So the buying at .0001 flow thru to the JV does two things, cheap stock and also draws Volume attention on the pinks. it is one or two in volume everyday for what a month?
