Would those types of disclosures(trial drop outs) not fall under the category of non public info that large investors like Efficacy would be privy to? If so, would it not seem unlikely that they would shell out for the additional 2.5 million shares in light of such an obvious safety concern? It is my understanding they had some pretty informed individuals look at all the available Proellex data and I'm assuming that most if not all of it(endo trial and drop outs) was available at the time of the financing
