MEXICO CITY, Jan 12 (Reuters) - Mexican retail and media tycoon Ricardo Salinas Pliego is evaluating all possibilities regarding Circuit City Stores Inc (CCTYQ.PK), including a possible bid for the the troubled U.S. electronics chain, a spokesman for the businessman told Reuters on Monday.
