Why Circuit cIty will go above $ 2.00 next week
1. Mark Wattles have invested a lot in circuit city and would like to make some profit on his investment and hence will negotiate a settlement with Salinas to split the control in amicable way that will benefit the old investors and new ones like Salinas. It is my understanding that Salinas will be allowed majority control for his willingness to inves money to get Circuit city out of bankruptcy and provide sufficent liquidity. In exchange Salinas gets control and will restructure the company. In short time, Salinas will have have losses but much lesser than what he would have had in case he wanted to buy a 155 store chain in US without this situation. Salinas takes Circuit ity to Latin America and other regions and make it a global company.
2. All the 15 Million shorts that thought bankruptcy will kill Circuit City will have to soon cover or loose their ass.Some & million coverd last week.
3. This comeback and joint force of Mark wattles and salinas will kill Best Buy in few years. ( Mark my word here
)
4. Walmarts and targets can never replace specilaized electronic stores like Circuit City, Best Buy or Electronic Fry
