With all the talk of red flags, here are some green flags -

I have been watching, investing in, and playing pink sheet stocks for over 10 years. I have seen many pink sheet scams come and go. I have made money, and lost money on pink sheet stocks like most have. There is one thing that all of the pink sheet companies that ended up being scams I followed or was doing any DD on had in common. That one thing was they all had an Investor Relations firm, Public Relations Person, CEO or other spokes person who ALWAYS answered the phone or returned your calls. They were more than happy to voice the talking points given to them by the shady CEO. Scam CEO's go on Stock Talk radio programs and get interviewed by a friendly interviewers. They pay promoters with free trading stock to saturate the internet and email with great news about the company.

Galo does not have a PR company, or an Investor Relations person answering the phone to tell you what he thinks you want to hear on a daily basis. Galo isn't paying millions of free trading shares to a promoter to send out email blasts about BIHC. No one is eagerly waiting for investors to call so they can talk about how great the company is etc. etc. etc. That is highly unusual for a company that was trying to scam investors. Scams love to talk to investors so they can feed them more phony information. Galo doesn't.

The first thing Galo would have done if he was running a scam, would be to pay pinksheets.com their ransom and get their approval sign placed by BIHC's ticker. Galo said he wasn't going to be blackmailed by a website and refused to pay them. A scam wants to look pretty to investors doing their DD. Galo doesn't care about looks, he cares about results.

Pink Sheet Scams usually put out regular fluff PR's. Most of these with catch phrases such as "strategic alliances" in them and vague references to increasing shareholder value. Scams virtually always put out regular PR's talking about how great their earnings are going to be and about how "strategic acquisitions" are pending or are in play. Galo seems to grudgingly put out PRs. Shareholders have to practically beg him to do PR updates. That is not how scams operate.

Lots of green flags waving out there. Just have to look for them.
