Don't forget about the passport issue! They required passport info to register in the exchange and if it was acquired under false pretense. Well that is a whole other issue I think Homeland Security is dealing with that or will be along with the Dept of justice for possible Money laundering. No matter how you slice it they will do jail time. How much will be the question.
