I have a sneaky feeling that we won't see another filing from this company. They have destroyed any chance for a listing on the other exchanges, and it's obvious that they don't care what shareholders think about the company. There is no reason for them to file. Lack of filings will hurt the share price, too, because many investors will not invest in a company that isn't filing. They also have an interest in NOT filing because then they don't have to answer to anyone such as the SEC for reporting false statements in filings. Without filing, they are much freer to say things that may be stretching the truth somewhat. I personally believe that is where we are headed at this point. Filings also cost money...you have to pay people to sign off on it...money is something Calypso does not have at this point. Also, by not filing they may be able to string investors along a bit longer...some investors will stay the course until the very end because they will always have hope, whereas if they were filing investors would be able to clearly see the financial shape the company was in and so the investor would flee the stock much faster.
