shot, sure they wouldn't publicly say that, but there are enough people here by the sound of it who are close enough to hear whether the "strategy" at Midem last year was deliberate. Has anyone said they have heard that confirmed by BLLN? I haven't, I've only ever heard it was a stuff up.
I don't buy it for a minute that it was the game plan. It is entirely consistent, to me, with how this project has gone pretty much from the start. They are learning as they go imo.
