Here we go again Threejack, when will this ever end for RAMBUS?
The timing for this Judge robinson's decision smells real fishy, in fact it stinks! RMBS was in a very strong uptrend until this morning. Can RAMBUS appeal this ruling? I don't follow RAMBUS as close as I should but I was not even aware that Sue was holding a trial.
