I did call FIRNA and NASDAQ and neither have any knowledge of either transaction (which apparently is an SEC mandate). The woman at Nasdaq said that MOST brokers update their systems based on the NASDAQ daily list (not the otcbb daily list), but that if informed by a TA, that may serve as a way to update them.
BUT...
Galo has paid in the past and the dates may just be late on filing and when he does FIRNA and NASDAQ will correct the dates and just like last time issue the correct ones.
We'll see, the woman from Nasdaq is going to get back to me. I have to believe it is an oversight and a jumping of the gun on behalf od BIHC, really no point in being negative now unless the woman from Nasdaq gets back to me with some different information.
