Yes, same here. It's only a few cents above where I originally bought in now. We are in real need of some solid news, which would pretty much be either a large investment from private investors, or a contract with a dollar figure attached to it. Anything else and I'm afraid it'll sputter in this range with the occasional rise and fall. The thing is with this stock, we know they are working on lots of potential contracts, so news that we need could come any minute. The contract dollar figure is key I've found in the past with other stocks.
