here's what i think has happened ... but don't trust me

our fearless leader had ridden nubv.pk as far as he possibly could without doing anything so illegal as to do time in prison. he's ragged it out - rumors in december were that the mm's were trading it at .000001 whenever a market order would come around. volume dissapeared, so he couldn't issue stock to the plummer or poolboy anymore. what's a young executive of a failed company to do???

now - to generate an income for himself in 2009, he has found a partner, reorganized the company, and has relisted to try to put some shine on this piece of shit so that he can swindle a whole new bunch of people out of their money.

however - if he is really interested in making something of this company, he's taken the first step by reducing the number of shares.

realize of course that it is also the first step in allowing this to reduce back down to 0.0001 - and unless there is some proof soon that this guy really knows how to run a business, and that he has intentions other than just milking pink sheet gamblers out of their money, it will sink right back to rock bottom.

and then he can reorganize next year and do it over again.
