I believe the way it usually works is once the DOGGR grants confidentiality on a well, the information for that well (well records, production data, etc) is held confidential for a period of 2 years unless the company notifies them to release the data before the 2 year period expires, which I thought Lynn was going to do as per his prior email to you. Lynn is correct, it is an automatic process for the DOGGR to release that information after the 2 year period. But the big question remains, was that production info ever held confidential by the DOGGR as he stated was the case more than once during the the last year.

I believe he may have skirted your question...
