#1. Capital 141 to finish conversion, counting shares, and then a re-count.
#2. PR explaining current share structure on Capital 141.
#3. Capital 141 providing a PR explaining trading results.
#4. Consolidated financials released for Capital 141 and Spooz.

Unrealistic personal expectations for Capital 141 and Spooz to
accomplish all four tasks: 3-5 weeks. Because remember, we
will sell no Spooz before its time! We let it age first to
develop a smooth, mellow richness! Why rush things?!
Even Jack Daniels sits around awhile and the longer he sits the
happier we all are! Anyone filed a complaint with JD because he was
too slow? Didn't think so.
