they want any information i have regarding the stock. must have been quite a few emails andcalls to the SEC for this crook.

long story short... TS buys KK's shell...OVERPAYS for the shell...lawyers miss 300k in debentures...TS uses sister as a tool to gain confidence (she is an assemblywoman)..overpays for Wisebuys...takes 80% of the company he has never put a dime into..family owns about 15% ofthe company...debentures up the wazzoo from YA...buys hacketts....hacketts is then "spun off" into a new shell..that was taken over from a FBI investigated CEO that will be going to prison soon..the story is remarkable at how well these people pulled it off
