I understand your point; however, I don't understand how it applies here unless you provide factual evidence that people received shares as compensation to "profile" either Spooz or 141 Capital on these Boards. A crediable response is expected. If you don't provide one, the only logical conclusion that can be reached is that your point does not apply to these 2 Boards. Good luck to you.
