This is my only intention especially when our own broker has a record of changing the requirements to buy or sell specifically on days of atypical pps/vol. activity. I have read many comments about the relationship beteen ST and NITE as well as experiencing negative occurances when NITE is unusally active or when ST pulls restrictions out of the fine print.
Additionally I have an uneasy feeling about both which only knowledge can cure. To be honest I was under the impression naked shorting was a no-no.
