It appears Lynn may tell folks one thing, like telling Howard a shareholder in an email that most of TIV production that is supposedly from the PV wells, is "confidential", when in fact its being published by the DOG to the general public every month. The question is, is the CEO of an oil & gas production/exploration company that has operated under the DOG jurisdictions/regulations/guidelines for 43 years that clueless about DOG "confidentiality" rules/restrictions, etc, or did he really know it was being published and he was trying to hoodwink shareholders?
