also checked with Scottrade - the 477 number is correct, with the proviso that this has to be voted on. My broker said that it was obvious they were trying to get the share value above $1.

I think it is obvious we are going to end up with dollar-for-dollar in investment value from the start up of the new ticker - obviously everyone holding is in hopes that the financials and potential of the new company will boost our share prices.

The broker I checked with advised me there is no date listed when the vote will be taken on the share allotments.
