Nope, the structure was quite different. You totally fail to understand, It is the structure of the whole deal not the method (although almost anyone legit would stay far away from a Nevada Pink with shady people involved in the past, but that was not my main point)

Furthermore, they were able to get government clinical trials set up even though they were a pink sheet stock. That would be more difficult than setting up a casino.
