Doug did NOT just buy his position a month ago. He has been talking about those 41MM shares since at least the summer -- possibly all the way back to the spring. True, he just filed the 13G more recently, but he did not have to file and he only filed because he thought it made sense from a tactical perspective.

The correct way to phrase your question is: "Why would Furth hold perhaps as many as 100M shares for nearly a year only to sell now on the eve of what BWOG has mapped out?"
