Yes, that was interesting. It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that in 2005, there will be some 160M chips sold, some 80% of them will have AMD64 ability vs. some a couple of 100s thousands Itaniums, mostly in HPC niche.

I think Intel will need to add AMD64 emulator to Itanium soon. <g>
