if anyone can help me understand?
how can you have a hard launch without any carriers signed,, at least that is what i am assuming, that there are none signed because q also stated that they will not anounce any carriers "until all contracts have been put togetherand have been signed, unless we have permission from a specific carrier"..can anyone see my confusion? why wait for permission if they are going to let the cat out of the bag by transmitting q tomorrow....
how can a hard launch take place without a signed carrier to show it,,and if a contract is signed , why not tell us,, ?? someone help me understand, since i know nothing about how networks work,, tia
