KISSIMMEE, Fla., Jan 07, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- In the first week of January,
RCC/IWS submitted a proposal for a new system in Montana. It is part of a
project that will benefit the children of the community and is expected to
receive wide notoriety in a part of Montana where RCC/IWS has not previously
installed systems. Thus, it bodes well for future expansion in that region. The
award is expected in first quarter, 2009.

Internationally, meetings held in December have resulted in bids to provide
water and wastewater treatment systems for a major affordable housing project
overseas. RCC/IWS is part of an international team that is providing
infrastructure and consulting for the project. The project is scheduled in
phases, with the first phase being 300 homes. Based on a successful Phase 1, up
to 60,000 homes are planned in a staged implementation. The team expects
notification no later than second quarter, 2009.

In other news, RCC/IWS has been notified of three municipal opportunities, which
it will pursue over the coming weeks. One of these systems is located in Idaho
where the joint venture agreement between Summit Builders and RCC/IWS has been
completed. Progress will be reported on this venture and other
projects/opportunities as the first quarter unfolds.

RCC Holdings board is very pleased on how smooth the transition to the
International Exchange has been proceeding.
