Sinkman...I received an e-mail from RP concerning the Cornice litigation...I was informed by him that they are also working with Seagate with their 1 inch drives as well... As far as your good feeling post is concerned...The year is now half over..not one new product has been put on sale...( not counting the short lived Gateway device with revenues as paultry as the Classic or B&O)...I would not hold my breath as to the myriad of new products they "EXPECT". I have personally expressed outrage to Putnam about being on the perpetual verge of BK....Only to reward a non performing Falk with more cheap shares and a surprise further dilution to shareholders....Shareholders need to put management on notice and a very short leash.... I wonder what they were thinking when the BOD rewarded Falk with in essence another bonus...Maybe...they thought that he would quit if they didn't...LOLOLOL... After all...Falk with his Ivy League education and his track record of closing deal after deal and making the company increasing revenues quarter after quarter...could get a job at almost any Mc Donalds on the west coast.....
