While you are doing your 2007 Taxes and if you owe $3,800 or more. You can think maybe with that money you help Iraq put up one of many solar panel street lights. Each All al. street light had it is own solar panel. Where they were installed it looked to be out in the country. They must have had a hard time puting them up because they look to be real close to wires like the ones that goes by your house. I even saw a transformer on one of the wooden poles that were along side of solar lights. All of these poles could have a regular $300.00 street light on it. All I could think of why this was is because If we Bomb them again they would have lights to go to the bomb shelter.
