You have the connection wrong about SUIP and MDOR. The stock was called MAGR and when MDOR was spun off for (I believe) $300k another stock was created... SUIP which was also given to shareholders of MAGR. SUIP never did become "soup".... and is almost worthless. No investors got MAGR for free... Most of us suffered a HUGE reverse split and lost a LOT of equity. None of us thought that we were going to go down the tubes... oh no... we were ALL quite enthusiastic about succeeding... sound familiar?
