Shareholders meeting was pretty cut and dried during the business portion. It was the update and after meeting discussions with several of the officers that made the trip worthwhile.
Of course, I still remain probably the only shareholder opposed to having three members of management of the BOD. All those proposed were re-elected.
Malcolm verified several times that CYGX has 100% of the ownership of the previously Hunt held beneficial ownership on IP. Maybe those not previously convinced will understand that now.
Both Malcolm and Yin verified that we indeed have products with verified delivery. Both also verified that there is still work to be done on other applications. Nobody is saying that they have failed to find delivery systems for all of the products. First, very few have been tested and some of those that have been tested still require additional testing.
I specifically asked about one product using the anti-ICAM and although I don't like the answer, it does make sense. It will require even more testing than the others that have been designated for first development, even tho anecdotal evidence (of whichI have first hand knowledge) has been 100% successful. Damnitall, why can't things happen on my timetable ... LOLOL
After talking to several of the folks, I am now a total believer in the addition of the manufacturing facility. All of the numbers make sense and we will have first priority on the pecking order in obtaining our products instead of having to stand in line. It was fun to kid Frank about how he would soon be earning his keep with 16 hour days.

Financewise, we have $300K+ in the bank at this moment. Lawrence expressed confidence that we will be adding up to $18MM in the near future. Says that dilution will of course be predicated on the value of the stock.
