Nope....not actively playin no'mo.

I'm finding that my interest right now in all things finance is minimal. I got far more important/stressing situations to deal with right now....like getting that home rented out w/in the next few weeks....& so far it looks as if the rental mrkt is soft right now....this time of year tends to be this way up there...very challenging as folks tend to wanna stay put where they are til the weather warms up. I got this eery feeling in my stomach that I may have my very 1st unoccupied month since owning rental(s) up there....since '03.
