They never filed an NT-10K in order to get the 15 day grace period on Dec 29. This is their second consecutive late filing,if they get one more within a 24 month period they are automatically shipped to the pinks. This is assuming they file this report within the 30 days,otherwise ....

Called and left a message on Tuesday Dec 30 inquiring about the filings,with no reply.Left another message for them to ignore today.

Also tried calling their previous auditors hoping to get some info.They have SSVG on their client list.Realizing they probably can't say much,was just going to ask if the client list on the website is current. Imo, this would mean they are at least working on them.
