At the current price LLEG is capitalized I believe at around $2mn. This is absurd imho bearing in mind Berlin is a $100 million project and there are a number of other projects in Laidlaw. If we take a stab at valuing the discounted income stream from Berlin, net of a likely lease payment for 20 years, we come up with a figure much much more than the mkt cap imo.
