ezxccsc, Look there is no way TS or KK did not know about crapin assed CD's in the shell. They both were officers or on the board of these friggin Green Companies. So how in the hell could they not know? That being said, KK should be sued for hiding the debt or TS should be sued for knowingly taking it on and saying otherwise.

Did TS not say that he would get SWYV shareholders what was due them from the lawsuit against KK? Well what did he get, anything or was it hid like the CD was?

Something sure seems wrong and someone needs to pay and not us common sharehoders anymore. I think Israel went into Garza due to Garza screwing them over for 8 years. Someone needs to get to the bottom of this SWYV situation and settle it one way or the other.
