I put a call in to Frank D. at LTC on or about New Years Eve. Since I live close to Goleta, CA I had asked if I could come up and possibly tour the LTC facility. I fully disclosed who I was (on Frank's voicemail). Interestingly,this morning DR left me a voicemail stateing that because of confidentiality issues they (LTC) would and could not let anybody into the facility. DR went on to say that he and I could speak over the phone or that I was welcomed to go down to Texas and meet with him. I've returned his call and I'm currently waiting for a call back.
