PAN AMERICAN CAPITAL GROUP per Rudn 10-k filing (10/14/08) holds nearly 17 million shares or 7.62%.

They are " NOT A NASD LICENSED BROKER "....

They " WILL NOT PROVIDE ITS SERVICES TO US PERSONS OR RESIDENTS ".

INTERESTING wouldn't you say ? does anything here connect to anything there ? Who knows? just rather interesting at minimum.
