Cyclone External Combustion Engine was originally developed and patented by Cyclone Power Technologies, Inc.

TETRAD Energy Corporation has entered into a licensing agreement with Cyclone Power Technologies and is thus responsible for the final phase development, manufacturing and marketing of the engine.

TETRAD has entered into a licensing agreement with Cyclone Power, conditional upon funding. The projected global market is 30 billion and the projected capital required to launch the 18 HP 2 Cylinder Engine for the 10 Kw generator market is 3 to 5 million.
