Per the PR's it is coming so why wouldn't it ???? I don't think that the various Federal and State Agencies as well as the partners and relationships would be very happy if RCCH has been PR'ing up listing and it doesn't happen. I mean really now. Well hopefully when the PR is released you will stand by at least one of your statements..."If the uplist happens, good... I will forever shut my mouth".....Maybe one last post of an apology would be in order before you leave though.

The PR didn't promise to up list in third quarter if you read it.

"Further information and estimated cutover dates to the new exchange will be provided no later than third quarter, 2008 after documentation is completed. The Board has directed that the transfer occur as soon as possible."

Also per a recent PR.

"RCC Holdings' new board is moving very quickly through the transition to the International Exchange."
